Responsibilities:

• Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiencies for clients. Provide strategic advice on corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and other tax-related matters.

• Tax Research and Analysis: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends. Conduct tax research, analysis, and interpretation to assess potential impacts on clients and develop proactive strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify tax risks and exposures for clients and develop risk mitigation strategies. Review tax provisions, disclosures, and contingencies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor junior tax consultants and team members, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the tax department.
• Client Education and Communication: Educate clients on tax-related issues, changes, and opportunities. Communicate complex tax concepts and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field (Master's degree or certification preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a professional services firm or tax advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with tax planning, structuring, and advisory services for individuals and businesses.
• Proficiency in tax software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems
• Read blue prints, determine the layout of pipes
• Install fixtures like sinks, toilet and water heaters.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot issues like leaks and clogs.
• Work with other trade people to coordinate installations.

Requirements

• Secondary School Certificate, Vocational program or Apprenticeship scheme or both
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a plumber
• Experience in plumbing work in building project
