Support day-to-day financial operations, including payments, receipts, petty cash, and expense management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and reporting standards.
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation to the head office finance team.
Act as a finance liaison by coordinating financial information, queries, and requests between operational teams and the central finance function.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Monitor budgets and track actual expenditure against approved limits, highlighting variances as required.
Support cash flow management through cash forecasts, funding requests, and treasury-related reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, approval limits, and company procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and responding to audit queries.
Identify and escalate financial risks, control gaps, or unusual transactions to management.
Assist in improving finance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
ACA, ACCA, or CPA certification is an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with general experience in financial operations and reporting. Strong experience with IFRS reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Proficiency in ERP systems is highly desirable.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and IFRS.
Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and modelling skills.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools.
