    Finance Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in the financial services and asset management sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic financial planning.
    • Monitor the organization’s financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal controls.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support business planning and investment decisions.
    • Prepare high-quality management reports using advanced Excel skills and financial modeling techniques.

    Key Requirements

    • Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Experience in the financial services or asset management industry is required.
    • Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial industry reporting standards.
    • High proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, and management report preparation.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

    Graphics Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support a growing consulting and thought-leadership brand.
    • This role requires strong visual design capabilities, creative interpretation, and the ability to translate concepts into clean, professional graphics for digital platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, brand development, and content-driven visual communication.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
    • 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design tools.
    • Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools (added advantage).
    • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Ability to design for multiple formats (social media, presentations, digital publications).
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
    • Strong communication and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
