Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to support a growing consulting and thought-leadership brand.
• This role requires strong visual design capabilities, creative interpretation, and the ability to translate concepts into clean, professional graphics for digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, brand development, and content-driven visual communication.
• xperience in motion graphics is an added advantage and will strengthen suitability for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphics for social media, presentations, training materials, and brand communication.
• Create visually consistent assets that align with established brand identity and messaging.
• Design clean, modern layouts for digital content, reports, and thought-leadership materials.
• Support the creation of marketing and campaign visuals across multiple platforms.
• Produce simple to intermediate motion graphics for enhanced storytelling (optional but valued).
• Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within set timelines.
• Collaborate on creative direction and implement feedback effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for multiple formats (social media, presentations, digital publications).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
