Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, financial reports, forecasts and projections
• Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
• Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements in line with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles to transport staff, clients, goods, or materials to designated locations.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, road safety regulations, and organizational driving policies.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times.
• Conduct daily checks on vehicles (oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing of goods or equipment when required.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules are met.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients and external parties.

Requirements

• Excellent driving skills with good knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, responsible, and courteous under pressure.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for handling minor repairs or emergencies.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
