    Female School Receptionist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Female School Receptionist who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and capable of supporting a busy school office.
    • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, while providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
    • This role requires someone who is professional, dependable and able to manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced school environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Reception and Front Desk:

    • Welcome pupils, parents, staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage the school reception area and ensure visitors follow sign-in procedures.
    • Respond to admission enquiries and vendors appropriately.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide general office support including photocopying, printing and laminating.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Education: A degree in Administration, Management or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a school environment.
