    Female Marketing Communications Specialist

    Job Description
    Branding & Communication:

    • Establish, own and drive internal and external communications strategy that positively affects employees' and customer's understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of a stronger connection to the company and leads to a return on investment;
    • Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines;
    • Attract potential customers and maintain loyalty of existing customers;
    • Create, update and manage all published contents (images, videos and written)
    • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotions, launching of new product lines etc.;
    • Generate and Convert leads;
    • Strategically promote the company's products and services.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Device ways to monitor, measure and report on the impact of social media campaigns and effects on the business;
    • Execute social media strategies on behalf of the company through competitive research, platform determination, message and audience identification;
    • Develop contents for B2B e-mails, SMS marketing and increase brand awareness and image;
    • Produce valuable contents for the company's online presence and organize the company's publications;
    • Monitor and report trends in social media tools, applications, design and strategy as relates to company's image.

    Marketing:

    • Design and execute marketing campaigns across all channels for all our entities;
    • Develop, refine and execute marketing goals and strategies;
    • Design all marketing materials, website content, and publications for accuracy, branding, and compliance with the organization's brand architecture;
    • Develop strategic plan, which addresses critical issues in marketing and communications;
    • Set and meet internal and external marketing objectives;
    • Ensure marketing / communication campaigns and programs are aimed at enhancing sales efforts;
    • Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities;
    • Make presentations to the management on Marketing and Communications strategies and activities.

    Education / Requirements

    • Min of B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
    • An MBA would be an added advantage.
    • Min of 7 years' experience in Strategic Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Business Communications
    • Background in Consulting, Public Relations (PR) and Media.

    Competencies / Skills:

    • Excellent use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, twitter etc.
    • Good team player and self-motivator.
    • Excellent creative skills and ability to work independently.

    Female Document Controller

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all design/construction drawings, specifications, work methods and any vendor documents (installation & maintenance manuals/operation manuals, installation procedures, etc.) are effectively managed and controlled according to company policies and procedures (electronic and hard-copy format) with respect to handling, registration, extraction, numbering, revision control, distribution, archiving, retention, to handover
    • Maintains and ensure execution of inventory checks against Master Technical, RFI / TQ Register to follow-up outstanding drawings, specifications, work methods and other vendor documents / drawings.
    • Ensure that Technical Document Control policies and procedures (classification, inventory, records retention, document reviews and audits, etc.) are implemented as developed by Information Management Unit.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including 3 years of practical document control and technical design and drafting experience in an Engineering firm
    • Candidates must have conceptual and practical understanding of design and drafting standards conventions with a minimum of 3 years experience with various technical documents and drawings (P&IDs, PFD, MSDs, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Technical Manuals / Drawings, Specifications, Engineering Documents, etc.)
    • Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications (Access, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Adobe Professional Suite, Database usage/manipulation, Autocad, and web-based applications.

    Training and Development Associate

    Job Description
    Our client is looking to hire the services of a Training and Development Associate who will perform the following duties:

    • Design plan and execute employer branding activities.
    • Plan employee referral programs.
    • Coordinate and drive recruitment process across all business units.
    • Build effective relationship and communication with recruitment vendors and follow-up for fast closure of requisites.
    • Review sourcing methodologies like consultants, job portals, direct applications etc and do performance evaluation on quarterly basis.
    • Follow-up with shortlisted candidates on pre-joining process compliance and formalities.
    • Coordinate between new employee and respective departments and ensure the induction of new employees goes smooth and well recorded.
    • Develop good employee relations across the Organisation to ensure vibrant Organisation Culture.

    • Ensure closure of requisites in time.
    • Improve the sourcing quality and find cost effective measures to close requisites.
    • Maintain master sheet for all application received through various sources and update sheet on regular basis.
    • Master requisite sheet on weekly basis and monitor recruitment performance.
    • Ensure all positions have valid JD's, Skills and Competence mapped with their designation in HR Software and employee is well aware about the same.

    Job Requirements

    • MBA or minimum 1 year of relevant Postgraduate Diploma in HRM
    • Post Qualification Experience of minimum 4+ years working in a Training and Development Consulting firm.
    • Excellent communication skills, must be able to handle employee conflicts and issues in best interest of company and employee.
    • Well exposed to HR Software / Ms - Excel and exposure in working in a team of 4-5 people.
    • Well exposed to ISO and other international standards and hands on experience of managing compliance against these standards.

    Project Manager

    Job Duties

    • Preparing project plans, including the project execution plans and design basis memorandums
    • Managing project budgets
    • Managing manpower schedules for engineering deliverables
    • Ensuring the quality of drawings, models and other design reviews
    • Overseeing construction work packages including bills of materials, isometrics, scope, layout, instrumentation lists, and specialty items lists
    • Producing scopes of work for civil, piping, skids and pipe rack modules among others
    • Coordinating CWPs, trends, scope changes, design change notices (DCN) and field change notice (FCN)
    • Managing all action items to ensure they are completed on schedule
    • Overseeing the change management process and ensuring its effective implementation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
    • 10 years of progressive experience in an Oil and Gas firm.
    • Knowledge of engineering terms, design requirements, processes, and document types
    • Understanding of project controls, reporting, and KPIs.
    • Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits
    • PMP certification
    • Experience managing several mid to major/large-capital heavy oil (SAGD/CSS) projects throughout the full lifecycle.
