    Female Account/Admin Manager

    Our Client, a Premium Fashion House in Ilupeju, Lagos, is currently recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

    Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

    Reporting line:CEO

    Account/Admin Manager evaluates, analyzes, reviews and monitors financial transactions alongside attend to Administrative and clerical duties, and reports to the CEO.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ACCOUNT

    • To manage company's account payable and receivables.
    • Processes payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
    • Identify and address discrepancies.
    • VAT Computation and filing.
    • Prepares and manages the Taxes, engages with FIRS & LIRS. Filing of ALL returns.
    • Submit tax forms.
    • Reconciles all online transactions in no more than 24hours from occurrence to mitigate risk
    • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
    • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and reports to accompany monthly management accounts.
    • Manage payroll.
    • Assist auditors with required information.
    • Monitor inventory and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
    • Generate invoices for client payment.
    • Reconciling balance sheets on a frequent basis.
    • Analyzing expenditures against budget, investigating annual and monthly financial accounts.

    ADMINISTRATIVE

    • Initiate and implement best administrative practice in administrative functions.
    • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
    • Managing databases and filing systems.
    • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
    • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
    • Collating and filing expenses.
    • Perform other duties assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS        

     Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business-related degree required.
    • ICAN/ACCA Membership Advantage.

      Experience

    • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in at least two accounting software’s.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
    • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company.
    • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records and invoices.
    • Must be able to multitask in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution.
    • Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Work in the office.
    • Maybe  required to work overtime and weekend

    Remuneration

    N70,000 – N90,000 monthly.

    Retail Stylist

    Our Client, a Luxury Fashion Store in Lekki, Lagos, is currently recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Employment type: Permanent

    Reporting to: Retail Store Supervisor

    Summary of position

    The Retail Stylist will assist the team in the smooth and efficient running of the store, paying particular attention to customer service, ensuring our customers receive excellent service at all times. You are expected to drive sales, demonstrate commercial awareness and manage the store in the absence of management. This role requires adaptability and flexibility together with a willingness to help.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    Sales

    • Actively drive sales growth by understanding key dynamics of the store
    • Be proactive- research marketing and development strategies to increase revenue and promote brand
    • Achieve sales targets by using all tools at your disposal and own initiative

     Customer Service

    • Actively acknowledge and approach all customers
    • Use active listening skills to help identify customer’s needs and source the correct item by using open ended questions
    • Ensure customers are your priority at all times, consistently demonstrate your ability to balance getting the job done with acknowledging and helping customers
    • Actively use FABS and product knowledge to enhance selling
    • Understand and follow all service standards
    • Build relations with new and existing customers to encourage returning sales.
    • Deal with all customer enquiries efficiently and remain calm throughout the interaction

    Store Operations

    • Carry out opening and closing procedures, receiving/processing deliveries and supervise the store cleaning
    • Follow company guidelines for all cash handling
    • Contribute ideas for displays and merchandising, adhering to company standards
    • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom
    • Promote and action customer orders
    • Ensure all pricing and tags is appropriate and meets the company standard
    • Complete all stock-take preparation and procedures as and when required
    • Send reports (daily and monthly) to the management
    • Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines

     Ecommerce

    • Carry out required administrative duties pertaining to the online store
    • Ensure all customer queries pertaining to the online store are attended to/ completed

    Communication

    • Ensure your communication style is clear, appropriate for the workplace and tailored to meet individual needs.
    • Follow company standards on email
    • Ensure that company provided internet is used only for work-related purposes
    • Ensure your written and verbal communication is clear, appropriate and professional.
    • Utilize all communication tools to ensure information is shared within your team on a timely and relevant basis.

    Teamwork

    • Participate at team meetings and weekly briefing sessions
    • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSC in any field
    • 1-3 years’ experience
    • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
