DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilities

• Project management and supervision of all company infrastructure upgrades and modifications
• Forecast future space planning needs and budgets
• Day to day management and support of all site infrastructure
• Develops facility maintenance schedule
• Develops company assets management database system: furniture, generator, ACs
• Develops RFP’s, evaluates bids, select best qualified vendor and prepares maintenance contracts.
• Develops service level agreements for vendors
• Acts as interface between the firm and technical and logistic vendors
• Acts as interface between firm and owners of properties leased from the company
• Develops service level agreements for vendors
• Supervises maintenance, tracks expenditure and pay invoices
• Supervises vendors and ensure that SLA ’s are strictly adhered to
• Generator and Diesel Supply
• Air conditioning system (office and HPACS)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR  AN OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR A CLENT IN RETAIL SALES

Duties and Responsibility

• Must oversee the merchandising of products across retail outlets.
• Must conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.
• Oversee operating costs by defined geography to optimize contribution.
• Optimize geography contribution through right people, place and following process.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with field support and client services.
• Evaluate reports, decisions and department results on established goals.
• Develop performance metrics to build, deliver, report and track mechanism.
• Initiate and learn lessons from process roll-outs.
• Establish strong relationships with internal departments and contacts.
• Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements.
• Define and manage new process execution.
• Must communicate with store managers to update them on recent developments, such as price change.
• Manage Retail Operations manual and documents changes.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to management on time.
• Inspect company equipment regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
• Supervise retail training efforts and ensure training consistency and employee development.
• Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information.
