    Experienced Executive Assistant to the MD

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
    • As the Executive Assistant to the MD, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of theMD’soffice.

    Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage the executive'scomplex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and business plans.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

    Communication and Presentation:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executive(s).
    • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
    • Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and reports for both internal and external audiences.

    Business Operations:

    • Collaborate with the executive(s)to develop, implement, and monitor business plans and strategies.
    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the executive(s)and various departments.
    • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items from meetings.

    Technology and Time Management:

    • Utilize a range of digital tools and software for efficient time management and productivity.
    • Help the executive(s)stay organized and productive by managing tasks, emails, and schedules.

    Research and Information Gathering:

    • Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
    • Provide the executive(s)with well-structured information to support decision-making.

    Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and materials for these events.

    Exposure and Networking:

    • Facilitate the executive's participation in key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals on behalf of the executive(s).
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reportsfor the executives
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
    • Take minutes during meetings
    • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
    • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class honour degree (Upper division).
    • Proven 3 years of cognateworking experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a Male applicant.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports using tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
    • Strong research skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
    • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Exposure to marketing and industry-related concepts is advantageous.

    Graphic Design Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Design specialist who willcreate visual communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials, and magazine layouts. And utilize graphic design skills to create media products such as magazines, labels, advertising, and signage

    Responsibilities

    • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
    • Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material, and select style and size of type.
    • Use computer software to generate new images and key information into computer equipment to create layouts for the Organization.
    • Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using a computer.
    • Confer with the Human Resources Managerto discuss and determine layout design.
    • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and logos.
    • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with the Human Resources Manager and making necessary changes.
    • Study illustrations and photographs to plan the presentation of materials, products, or services.
    • Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for supervisors.
    • Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
    • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
    • Confer with the Human Resources Managerto discuss and determine layout design.
    • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
    • Develop negatives and prints to produce layout photographs, using negative and print developing equipment and tools.
    • Photograph layouts, using a camera, to make layout prints for supervisors.
    • Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment.

    Requirements

    • Must have a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree in Arts, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Branding, Advertising, and Mass communication (Experience in designing for the Telecommunication Industry is an added advantage).
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Empathy and patience.
    • Advanced organizational skills.

    Knowledge and Technical Skills:

    • Alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
    • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
    • Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose, produce, and perform visual arts.
    • High sense of arrangement and balancing for aesthetic

    • Ability to think out of the box
    • Hand drawing and hand-lettering skills are preferred.
    • Print production experience will be an added advantage
    • Web design experience preferred.
    • Requires a general understanding of image rights and usage relative to print and online publication.
    • Must know all about branding.
