    Executive Chef (Expatriate)

    Job Overview

    • Lead the culinary team in designing, preparing, and delivering world-class dining experiences aligned with international 5-star hotel standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement menus with creative, high-quality dishes for multiple outlets.
    • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
    • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality.
    • Manage food cost controls and supplier relationships.
    • Collaborate with F&B and Marketing teams for seasonal promotions and product launches.

    Education & Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior culinary roles within 5-star hotels or resorts.
    • International/expatriate chef background required, preferably with West African operational experience.
    • Strong leadership, cost control, and cross-cultural communication skills.

    Pastry Chef

    Job Overview

    • Create and produce premium bakery and dessert items, maintaining luxury hotel quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop dessert and pastry menus incorporating both international and Nigerian flavors.
    • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies.
    • Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff.

    Education & Qualifications

    • Diploma/Certificate in Pastry Arts from a reputable culinary school.
    • Minimum 5 years’ pastry experience in 4 or 5-star hotels/restaurants.
    • Expertise in plated desserts, viennoiserie, and bakery production.

    Sous Chef

    Overview

    • Supervise and coordinate daily food preparation.

    • Assist in menu costing, seasonal changes, and supplier negotiations.

    Education & Qualifications

    • Culinary Diploma or equivalent professional training.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory kitchen role in a 4/5-star hotel.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
