Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Abeokuta.
• The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and maintain food quality standards.
• Responsibilities include managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance, sourcing ingredients, and creating innovative dishes.
• The role requires collaboration with the management team to execute culinary strategies that enhance the guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills such as menu development, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Management skills including team leadership, staff training, and kitchen operations management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Creativity and innovation in developing unique dishes and adapting to customer preferences
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a similar executive or head chef role is preferred
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is an advantage
