About the Role

• Our client, a reputable retail business in Lekki, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior management.
• The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and executive-level support, ensuring efficiency in daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
• Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively resolve challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multitask.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 - 3 years of work experience. 

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
