    Electrical Technician

    LCNG Stations Maintenance

    • Conduct all Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance activities.
    • Conduct all periodic inspection.
    • Follow the daily inspection report data to follow the stations performance.
    • Conduct the technical reports for maintenance activities.
    • Conduct the required technical training for stations operator.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, and piping systems.
    • Ensure proper functioning of valves, regulators, and pressure control equipment.

    Station Installation

    • Participate in station equipment installation.
    • Participate in station Commissioning and startup

    Spare Parts Repairing

    • Repair the mechanical scraped spare parts.
    • Test the repaired spare parts before entering the warehouse.

    Safety & Compliance

    Conduct all work permits.

    • Responsible for the equipment and the safety of employees under his supervision.
    • Adhere to industry standards, including NFPA 52, ASME, and local mechanical codes.
    • Implement safety measures to prevent mechanical failures and hazards.
    • Conduct risk assessments and report potential issues.

    Troubleshooting & Repairs

    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in equipment and control systems.
    • Work closely with engineers and technicians to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain records of repairs and system performance.

    Operational Support:

    • Assist in monitoring system efficiency and recommending improvements.
    • Support automation and control system operations.
    • Collaborate with engineers to enhance station performance.
    • Conduct the failure analysis technical report.

    Spare Parts

    • Participate in preparation of the required spare parts and determining the Mini-Max values for each of them.
    • Participate in spare parts technical performance evaluation
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering or related field (HND) is preferred and will be more suitable
    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial electrical systems.
    • Knowledge of LCNG station operations and electrical safety standards.
    • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, control systems, and basic PLC programming.
    • Ability to diagnose and repair the electronic circuit board.
    • Ability to diagnose the electric motor faults and conducting its mechanical repair such as change the electric motor bearing.
    • Ability to use the diagnosis tools such as infrared gun, insulation resistance tester (Megger) etc.
    • Installation and maintenance for Low-Voltage electrical system.
    • Good knowledge in reading the electrical schematics, and P&ID.
    • Earthing system inspection.
    • Troubleshooting analysis for control panels, contactors etc.
    • Good knowledge with starting systems such as soft starter and VFD.
    • Awareness with hazard area classifications.
    • Knowledge of what is the difference between intrinsically safe devices and Explosion proofs devices.

    Heavy Duty Equipment Loading Supervisor

    About the job

    • Plan and supervise lifting, loading, offloading, and transportation of heavy-duty equipment and materials
    • Ensure the correct method of lifting and transport is selected and implemented for each operation.
    • Monitor field operations to prevent accidents, injuries, or equipment damage.
    • Prepare Method of Lifting and Transport Statements detailing lifting plans, load capacities, slinging methods, and safety precautions.
    • Develop and update Risk Assessment Reports to identify potential hazards and establish preventive measures.
    • Prepare Working Method Reports describing step-by-step lifting and transport procedures.
    • Conduct Technical Assessments for Transport to verify vehicle, trailer, and lifting gear suitability.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all lifting and transport activities, including inspection and certification records.
    • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, equipment standards, and government regulations.
    • Supervise proper use, inspection, and certification of lifting accessories (slings, shackles, hooks, chains, etc.).
    • Conduct pre-task toolbox talks and daily safety briefings with crew members.
    • Always coordinate with HSE personnel and investigate incidents and near-miss reports.
    • Liaise with engineers, logistics officers, and site supervisors to plan and execute operations efficiently.

    • Verify readiness, certification, and maintenance status of all cranes, forklifts, trailers, and lifting gear.

    • Working with Heavy duty drivers, operators and logistics staff.
    • During heavy duty material movement should be monitored on road.

    Qualifications

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Transport Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment operations (oil & gas, construction, or logistics industry preferred).
    • Certification in Lifting and Rigging Operations (added advantage)
    • Strong understanding of risk assessment procedures and international lifting/transport standards
    • Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

    Self-Loader Operator

    About the job

    • Operate self-loading trucks to transport materials such as machinery, equipment, or construction materials between job sites.

    • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic system and basic pneumatic controls.
    • Good knowledge in reading and deal with P&ID and mechanical drawing.
    • Ability to interpret piping and mechanical drawings like P&ID and P&FD and other mechanical related drawing.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
