- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple teams, managing work schedules, and ensuring all insulation works meet company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all insulation activities on-site.
- Plan daily operations, allocate manpower, and track progress.
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Inspect completed work to verify compliance with specifications.
- Prepare material requests, work reports, and quality documentation.
- Train and mentor lower-level insulation fitters.
OHSE Responsibilities:
- Ensure team compliance with all safety policies and PPE usage.
- Lead safety meetings and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Promote environmental responsibility and sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical Certificate or Diploma, BSc in Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of insulation experience, including 3 years in supervision.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and team management ability.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving capability.
Knowledge & Technical Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
- Understanding of project management principles and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings and specifications.
