Insulation Fitter - Level II at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled Insulation Fitter (Level 2) to perform insulation work on mechanical systems with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have practical site experience and a sound understanding of insulation procedures and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical equipment according to specifications.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately.
• Apply protective coverings and finishes as required.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of insulation materials.
• Ensure work quality and report progress to the supervisor.

OHSE Responsibilities:

• Follow all site safety and environmental regulations.
• Wear PPE and maintain safety standards at all times.
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Promote a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in insulation work.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail in measurements and installations.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and applications.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in insulation work.
