About the Role

• We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Insulation Fitter (Level 1) to assist in the installation and maintenance of insulation materials on pipes, ducts, and mechanical equipment.
• This entry-level position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and build a career in mechanical and insulation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior insulation fitters in installing and maintaining insulation materials.
• Support the wrapping and covering of pipes, ducts, and other mechanical surfaces.
• Prepare tools and materials required for insulation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards during operations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

OHSE Responsibilities:

• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow all company and site-specific safety regulations.
• Report hazards, unsafe practices, or near misses immediately.
• Participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate or relevant vocational training.
• 0 – 2 years of experience in mechanical or construction work.

Skills & Abilities:

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Eagerness to learn and improve technical skills.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of insulation materials and tools.
• Understanding of site safety procedures (training will be provided).
