    E-Banking Sales Coordinator

    Reporting Relationships

    • Functionally reports to: Head E-Product Sales
    • Administratively reports to: Regional Bank Heads and Division Head, E-Banking
    • Supervises: N/A

    Job objective

    • Responsible for developing strategies to build awareness and adoption of Electronic products.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Developing go-to-market strategy and execution for the Bank’s retail and corporate customers in a specified regional Bank.
    • Recognizing and providing sales team with the necessary expertise to sell the product at the regions.
    • Drive adoption, migration and support for Retail and corporate Solutions – PoS terminals, Payroll/Payment and Collections, Paygate, corporate Online Banking, Online Banking, Instant Banking and Cards Products.
    • Partaking in design of customer issues resolution process and follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure all customer issues are resolved.
    • Continually re-assess the ease of use and effectiveness of electronic service solutions and make recommendations that will enhance efficiencies, and improve the overall customer experience.
    • Monitoring of transaction trends to identify when transactions volume and counts are on the decrease and to take actions accordingly.
    • Responsible for adopting various means to improve product awareness, capacity building and development among the sales teams at the regional Bank and amongst customers.
    • Regularly conduct market research activities to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
    • Hold regular reviews and communication with sales team to provide analytic Information and solicit feedback on how to effectively improve regional E-Banking performance.
    • Adhering to and ensure compliance of all business transactions to the set standards of the Bank and Regulatory Authorities.
    • Other adhoc activities as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Head of Electronic Banking.

    Product Manager _ Cards (Banking Sector)

    About the Position: 

    • The Debit cards team member (Verve, Visa and MasterCard) are responsible for the promotion, sales drive, innovation development, product enhancement and upgrade of the Verve, Visa and MasterCard products.

    Job Role and Description:

    • The Debit cards team member (Verve, Visa and MasterCard) reports to the Head Card and drives to meet the financial target of the Unit. All other related responsibilities include: 
    • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
    • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Operations, IT, Ebanking Technology and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
    • Engage branches/other units to effect debit card product sales to identified customer segments. Develop relationships with account managers, senior executives and top customers to further product penetration. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
    • Ensuring that products are developed and managed in compliance with Bank’s policies, regulations and best practices. Prepare product specification/procedural guidelines for debit card product offering
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
    • Analyzing potential partner relationships, such as industry players; NGOs; etc. for the product.
    • Daily monitoring and driving of product performance in terms of uptake and profitability to ensure alignment with corporate/ customer requirements.
    • Ensure products are run cost effectively and continually innovate to increase revenue and reduce cost.
    • Conduct training sessions for National Sales Executives and Marketing Teams to increase products awareness both internally and externally.
    • Work with SBUs to achieve card products profitability targets.
    • Ensure alignment of product features with product objectives.

    CO2 Plant Engineer

    About the job

    • Oversee the entire CO2 Plants and ensure they run efficiently in line with standard operating procedures to deliver on production targets. 

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure plant maintenance as per schedule and global best practices. 
    • Ensure cost-effective troubleshooting process to keep the plants running at maximum capacity at all times. 
    • Ensure Food Safety System through effective HACCP, GHK and GMP programs implementation in the plant. 
    • Closely check and monitor the parameters of Food Grade Co2 for customer satisfaction in COA. 
    • Ensure the product quality purity test are carried out as per standard operating procedures. Oversee periodic checks on all machines in the plants. 
    • Ensure safety guidelines are strictly adhered to in the plants. 

    Qualifications

    • First Degree or equivalents in Engineering. 
    • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with 5 years at a managerial level in FMCG industry and CO2 Producing plant.
