Job Responsibilities

• Daily mobilization of deposits and canvass for deposit retention.
• Open new accounts and monitor customer’s daily activities.
• Train customers to positively change their economic lifestyle.
• Collate and summarize daily Micro save collections and submit to Head of Marketing.
• Deliver monthly deposit targets.
• Receive loan applications and conduct customer’s credit worthiness assessment via carefully appraisal of viability of customer’s products, sales, purchases and cash flow.
• Appraise the loans.
• Facilitate individual and group loans.
• Test the cohesiveness of group loan applicants.
• Communicate loan approval to customers.
• Monitor compliance with loan repayment terms.
• Deliver loan target.
• Prevent delinquent loans.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
