    Driver

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO, OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
    • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
    • Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles; including Minibuses (Korope)
    • Punctual and reliable.
    • Must live in close proximity to the location of choice.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.

    Junior Account Officer

    Job Description

    Poultry Pen Attendant

    Duties

    • Ensure birds have access to food and water
    • Walk through the house to Identify sick or injured birds
    • Utilize proper biosecurity standards when entering and exiting houses
    • Assist with egg collection, washing and sorting
    • Assist with putting eggs in cartons
    • Conduct maintenance on the house and watering/heating system as needed
    • Control house lighting to meet bird needs

    Store Officer

    Duties

    • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
    • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
    • Receive all items, maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
    • Monitor periodic automatic reorder level for all food items to ensure availability of stock.
    • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
    • Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities upkeep and hygiene.
    • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items.
    • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
    • Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the inventory/materials management system.
    • All invoices must be posted immediately upon items received.
    • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
    • Conduct inventory audit to determine inventory levels and needs.
    • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
    • Work closely with Procurement to order and receive items and equipment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND.
    • At least 1 year of work experience in the same or related role, added advantage for a fast food restaurant.
    • Inventory and market requisition knowledge.
    • Excellent numerical skills and ability to communicate well with others.
    • Available for immediate resumption.

    Accountant (Team Lead)

    Description

    • We are looking to engaged an experienced Accountant (Team Lead) to coordinate the financial activities of our subsidiaries.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting management in the decision-making process by monitoring the budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Computing taxes and ensuring all remittances are made before deadlines
    • Coordinating the weekly and monthly stock taking
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
    • Ensure the brand's cash management and banking activities are efficiently carried out.
    • Handling the stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
    • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for the brand.
    • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules and the production of management reports for the brand.
    • Generate monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.

    Reports Required:

    • Monthly P&L report
    • Monthly Stock Reconcilaition and Variance Report.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ICMA, ACA, etc).
    • At least 4 years experience in related field, preferably in a fast food restaurant, agriculture/agribusiness or the FMCG sector.
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must, knowledge of i-class will be an added advantage.
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level.
    • Preferred candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality, agricultural or the FMCG sector.
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.
    • Working knowledge of i-class or any other accounting software is an advantage.
    • Candidate must be open to background check.

    Retail Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers when they enter and leave the establishments.
    • Provide them with accurate information in response to customers queries.
    • Compare prices and features across products to help customers buy better to their requirements.
    • Cross-sell products.

    • A proactive and customer-oriented Retail Sales officer, with prior experience in the FMCG sector.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Multi-tasking ability and organisational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of computers and inventory software.
