    Drilling Rig Offshore Installation (OI) Site Advisor III - Engineering

    Main Functions

    • The Drilling Rig Offshore Installation (OI) Site Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues.
    • The Advisor serves at the rig site as a contact for SSHE issues related to rig-based Drilling activities, executing initiatives and responding to requests and questions from the drill team.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Administer the Company safety awareness, recognition and incentive programs on site
    • You will have experience in liaising and working with national work forces and experience in identifying trends to develop programs and also initiatives to promote an injury free work environment.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health preferred and/or previous experience in a closely related position
    • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Extensive knowledge of Drilling operations/processes and safety rules and regulations
    • Very strong demonstrated organizational and technical judgment skills
    • Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
    • Demonstrated skills to positively influence drilling workforce - employees and contractors
    • Exceptional skills in MS Office suite of software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    • Relevant industry experience (offshore / onshore drilling activities, for example).

    • Ability to work in harsh environments (examples include temperature and / or humidity extremes, remote locations with limited amenities) with changing priorities.
    • Willingness to travel / live away from home for extended time periods.
    • Must be fit for duty for a remote offshore / onshore drilling environment (examples include uneven, unpaved walking surfaces, large structures that are accessible only via ladders or stairs).
    • Activities include standing for extended time periods, climbing, bending, walking, reaching, and other physical demands.

    Commercial and Business - Contracts Lead I

    Main Functions

    • Manages portfolio of agreements and new requests, enabling efficient and effective purchase of goods and services (from purchase to pay) with a focus on business value, on-time delivery, and cycle time.
    • This position might be known as Junior Procurement Associate/Contracts Lead who works under high supervision and is responsible for the routine and basic tasks, such as, for example, communication with suppliers, price negotiation, monitoring vendors' performance and communication with clients, etc.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Negotiates contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders, seeking the lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk.

    Logistics Coordinator I, Operations (Tech) - Junior Position

    Main Functions

    • Work in-country to manage the EPC’s Logistics and Materials Management process. Serve as Logistics interface between Logistics Manager/Lead and Contractor organization to ensure logistics execution. Interface between Logistics manager/Lead and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Provide Logistics and Materials Management support for all project deliverables.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Support Logistics Manager/Lead with Logistics and Materials Management expertise, interfacing with Contractor Logistics and Materials Management personnel
    • Interface with and influence project disciplines to ensure logistics/materials management considerations are included in design and project plan
    • Interface with procurement to understand and influence contracting, materials management, logistics plan for deliveries and customs procedures
    • Develop an understanding of local transport and in-country logistics capabilities and capacities
    • Develop logistics elements of bid requirements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate progress reporting and materials management requirements
    • Familiarity with Logistics Contractors and resources in worldwide markets
    • Coordinate process to pre-qualify, approve, and reevaluate Logistics Contractors
    • Develop project and discipline specific work scope for Contractors
    • Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Logistics Contractors
    • Interface with Logistics Manager/Lead and Construction to keep them informed of the qualifications and capabilities of relevant Contractors
    • Interface with Contractors to ensure safety, quality, availability, and reliability of logistics execution
    • Qualify and endorse Contractor equipment and services
    • Identify, qualify, and endorse vendor support infrastructure
    • General knowledge of local and national environmental and regulatory requirements
    • Interface with other Logistics Coordinators, Leads, Advisors and project planning teams to understand and resolve logistics issues
    • Ensure that the EPC Contractor has issued necessary Purchase Order (POs) in accordance with the published project schedule and Required On Site (ROS) dates and that the EPC Contractor verifies that the vendor has received and agrees to comply with the PO terms
    • Verify that the delivery documentation is complete, consistent and adequate and in accordance with the PO terms
    • Ensure that the materials specification delivered by the vendor is according to PO terms
    • Ensure that any changes to the Purchase Order terms are validated through the Project Management Team (PMT)
    • Ensure that the EPC issues a weekly report showing the status of all POs issued to date paying particular attention to ROS dates and Project Schedule. This report will show transport, receiving, customs clearing, storage and issuing of materials to the line item level. It will also show all exemption or exceptions and rejected materials
    • Ensure all materials received are stored in a safe and secure facility and that the preservation code addressed in the PO has been applied
    • Ensure that the EPC complies with the PO and that each item delivered to the storage facility is adequately marked for easy traceability
    • Reports all Overage, Shortage and Damaged (OS&D) of the received materials to the PMT
    • Create a file and maintain adequate records of each major transaction/shipment/PO
    • Keep a Materials Issue Report Register

    Requirements

    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
    • Experience in logistics planning and execution, construction, safety, and procurement
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support.

    Drilling Logistics Lead III (Operations)

    Main Functions

    • The Drilling Logistics Supervisor, as part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, has overall responsibilities for providing logistical and materials management services.
    • Manages the day-to-day logistical business, including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations.
    • The drilling supervisor works under the day to day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country, and is responsible to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment / tools / materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.
    • Maintains appropriate and safe storage of the Company's owned drilling equipment / tools and ensures timely replenishment through purchase / fabrication / repairs by contracted companies.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 8 - 12 years of work experience.
    • Candidates must have at least 3years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
    • Experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
    • Associates Degree plus formal training mechanical trades.
    • Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region
    • Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
    • Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration
    • Strong analytical and communication skills; Good interpersonal / team skills
    • Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
    • Must be proficient in the use of computers and possess excellent administrative and organizational competencies.

    Inventory Control Analyst III (Operations)

    Responsibilities

    • Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
    • Analyzes inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimise inventory costs.
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
    • Works with minimal direction and is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the position.
    • Inventory Control Analyst at the Expert level has extensive experience in the field and can potentially supervise others or give training.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

    Skills:

    • MS Excel, ERP experience, organised.
