Company Background

The Company is a water producing company. The products of the company are sachet and bottle water respectively. Currently, we focus on the production of sachet water only because of regulatory requirements (NAFDAC). We look forward to commencing again. As a result of expansion, there is a need for the company to fill a few roles hence this job advert.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

1. Loading sachet water into the sales vehicle anytime the need arises.
2. Working closely with the Sales Driver to ensure that Sales Targets per day, are met.
3. Distributing water for customers wherever the product is needed
4. Keeping to the rules of Goods Manufacturing Practices as laid down in the industry
5. Re-Package the water, inside the vehicle where there are leaked ones
6. Off-loading the water where there is a bulk request
7. Report any act, happening, in the field, that may affect the daily sales targets (DST)
8. Keeping to the policies and rules of the company, as well as, the business regulatory body.
9. Ensure the vehicle is checked, with the Sales Driver in “readiness to work”, on daily basis, before going out for any sales.
10. Maintain very good and cordial relationship with the customers.
11. Listening to the instructions of the sales driver (unless those that are against the company policies)
12. Assisting the sales driver to collect sales money from debtors that have bought the product
13. Assisting the sales driver to put the vehicle in good condition in cases where the vehicle goes to the mechanic or any artisan working on it
14. Rendering assistance to the sales driver to buy petrol at any prescribed filling station.
15. Constantly ensuring that the vehicle is clean and ready for the sales job
16. Selling water to customers
17. Supporting the task of collecting money, with the Sales Driver, for all sales made for the day.
18. Ready to perform any other role as may be assigned by the Leadership of the company.     

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Someone that can work long hours depending on what the field dictates
2. The person MUST be ready to relocate; living in the factory accommodation provided by the Company. You can not be coming from outside the factory in order to meet early sales targets.
3. The person MUST be able to read, write and speak good English PLUS his native language
4. The person, MUST, compulsorily be a male.
5. The person must be READY and prepare to graduate into becoming a Sales Driver
6. He must be a determined, young, energetic, fit and a hardworking person
7. The person MUST not be more that 25 years. The age range needed is between 19 and 25 years.
8. The person MUST be ready to: (a) provide at LEAST a Guarantor (b) Show us his original NIN Slip (c) Show us a Utility Bill that shows where he lives currently (b) provide at LEAST two passport photographs for us.
9. The person must be of good attitude; someone who speaks well; respectful and obedient to rules.
10. Can be from anywhere in West Africa.
11. The person MUST be multi-tasking; ready to take on any role as the day dictates.
12. The person must be someone who has the interest of the company at heart and not being selfish.

Educational Qualification:

A very good West African School Certificate, or its equivalent, is good. If you have more than this, it is not out of place BUT look at the job requirements very well.

Salary:

N50,000 per month – Basic Pay

1. Additional N15,000 for food in a month

3. Sunday is a free day (there is no work)
4. Every Thursday – 1-2 hours for Gym
5. Recharge Card of N500 per week
