    Chief Operating Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a COO who will oversee its operational execution, logistics workflows, and multi-department coordination.
    • They will drive efficiency across rider operations, dispatch systems, and customer service while maintaining profitability and service reliability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries and SLA compliance.
    • Develop and enforce SOPs for dispatch, rider management, and client onboarding.
    • Monitor operational KPIs (delivery success rate, average delivery time, cost per trip).
    • Coordinate with Finance, Rider Ops, and CX teams to align performance targets.
    • Develop regional expansion strategy and operational scaling plans.
    • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics partnerships.
    • Ensure compliance with transport, EV, and safety regulations.
    • Responsible for the overall Company revenue.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Logistics, or Business Management.
    • 8 – 12 years in transport/logistics; experience in courier/transport/logistics companies is preferred.
    • Proven experience managing large fleets and multi-site logistics.
    • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
    • MBA is seriously considered.

    • We are seeking a Head of Tech who will be responsible for overseeing our client’s app, platform, and data infrastructure — ensuring seamless dispatch, tracking, and rider management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the technical team (software engineers, product developers, DevOps, data analysts).
    • Ensure minimum 99.5% uptime for rider, client, and admin platforms.
    • Oversee the development, optimisation, and maintenance of mobile apps and backend systems.
    • Manage integrations across payments, mapping APIs, CRM/ERP tools, communication channels, and authentication services.
    • Design and maintain system architecture for scalability, performance, and security.

    • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, backend engineering, microservices, and cloud technologies.
    • Demonstrated experience scaling technology systems in a fast-growing or startup environment.
    • Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering end-to-end product cycles.
