    Dispatch Riders

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for running errands for the company on the bike and a prompt time on delivery of assignments given.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an SSCE / OND from a reputable institution
    • Proximity to the highlighted location is an added advantage.
    • Salary is attractive with other benefits and bonuses
    • Preferred candidates must be between 27- 40 years old
    • Candidate must possess valid Riders License.
    • Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a dispatch Rider with good driving records.

    Sales Promoter

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service.
    • Setting up meetings with the prospective clients.
    • Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client.

    Operations Officer (FMCG)

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in daily operations.
    • Overseeing the process from an order to dispatch, ensuring that the team meets quality standards and are delivered/ picked up on time.
    • Managing inventory levels and ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are stocked appropriately.
    • Negotiating contracts with local suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders.
    • Developing and managing budgets and financial reports related to operations.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Rice Harvester

    Responsibilities

    • Sets mowing controls and drives combine through fields to cut and thresh rice, stopping to adjust controls when the amount of grain observed in chaff and amount of chaff observed in grain hoppers exceed allowable amounts
    • Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers;
    • Starts irrigation pumps, removes levee gates, and breaks apart levees to flood or drain field sections as directed
    • Transfers grain from combine hopper to grain truck, using transfer auger
    • Patrol irrigation ditches to detect obstructions and earthen deterioration, and remove debris and shores-up leaves and ditches with shovel to ensure complete flooding of fields.
    • Transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops;
    • Applying pesticides; cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products.
    • May construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, or participate in irrigation activities.

    Requirements

    • SSCE, or OND qualification
    • 1 to 2 years experience as a Farm Worker
    • Experience in a Rice Farm
    • Ability to speak the Local Dialect
    • Experience using Farm Tools
