Job Description

• Reporting and liaising with the Branch operation manager on purchase, inventory,sorting and stacking of stock
• Keeping a record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.
• Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings.
• Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the Branch operation Manager
• Sorting all stock and stacking them appropriately after purchase.
• Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of all purchase and supplies.
• Ensuring the timely dispatch of order(s) to the appropriate destinations.
• Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with the vendors, suppliers and other internal departments of the establishment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

Requirements

• 1 year work experience.
• Must have a valid license
• Preferably living on the island
• Good communication, customer service and organisation skills
• Experience driving a bike or working as a dispatch rider is Compulsory.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

Job Description

• Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, Whatsapp
• Remain customer oriented and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Manage large amount of incoming calls
• Accept orders via phone calls and online platforms
• Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn't seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the superiors.
• Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
• Transfer Orders to respective Branches and monitor it till it’s fulfilled
• Take the Extra mile to engage customers
• Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
• Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
• Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
• Assist Kitchen staff where and when necessary.

Requirements

• BSC or HND from a reputable institution
• Excellent spoken communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and sales skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service
• Experience working in hospitality industry would be an added advantage

Salary
N65,000 - N80,000 monthly.

• Preparing food quickly, following the standard quality and measurement of Sooyah Bistro
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.
• Handle food as hygienically as is possible
• Remembering and preparing multiple orders and assembling them to customer satisfaction
• Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment are clean and well kept after use
• Must kept the kitchen and its surroundings clean at all times.
• Keep an inventory of all orders and stock
• Store everything properly and in order

Requirements

• Must have completed Culinary School
• Preferably living on the island
• Experience working in restaurant or hotel is an added advantage
• 3 years cooking experience

Salary

• N70,000 - N80,000 / month
