    Director General

    Responsibilities

    • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Agency, including resource allocation, staff management, and operational efficiency.
    • Board Secretary: Serve as the Secretary to the Board; facilitate communication and coordination between the Board and the Agency.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant state agencies, international organizations and Local organization.
    • Reporting: Regularly report to the Executive Governor, Attorney General and the
    • Board on the Agency’s activities. Perform other tasks as required.
    • Leadership: Provide visionary and strategic direction to the Agency that is in line with State, National and International Migration policies.

    Education anExperience (Essential)

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in human rights, human trafficking, humanitarian affairs, migration, diaspora affairs, or peace and conflict studies, and in administration and management or industrial relations.
    • Degree or higher (Social Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Migration Studies, Law, or a related discipline).

    Human Resource Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection of candidates.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of staff development programmes, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

    Training and Manpower Development Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement capacity building trainings for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and competencies.

    Responsibilities

    Research and Policy Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research on migration trends, human trafficking, and related topics. Gather and analyze relevant data and statistics to inform policy development and

    Rehabilitation and Reintegration Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver timely and accurate project-related activities to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of migrants.
    • Develop and maintain labour market support services for migrants, including facilitating access to formal employment opportunities, vocational training and education.
    • Administer cases of migrants in need of rehabilitation and reintegration support, ensuring that their needs are assessed and addressed appropriately.
    • Establish and maintain contact with potential employers and vocational training providers, including supporting the development of a referral system for migrants seeking employment or skills training.
    • Support the drafting of monthly reports as required by funding organizations, documenting progress and outcomes of reintegration efforts.

    Data Management Officer

    Nurse

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily nursing activities to fulfil technical requirements, including medical examinations such as checking vital signs, weight, height, and visual acuity.
    • Conduct blood, urine, or sputum collection as required. Provide treatment, referrals, and pre-departure procedures.
    • Ensure accurate documentation, certification, and information transmission. Provide detailed explanations to returnees regarding treatments and referrals. Conduct comprehensive history taking and accurate biodata collection. Verify proper transportation of samples to the laboratory.

    Education anExperience (Essential)

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science with a minimum of three years of clinical experience.
    • Valid license to practice nursing in Nigeria. Excellent technical skills, including phlebotomy.
    • Training or experience in tuberculosis management, immunizations, mental health, or public health is an advantage.
    • Strong clinical skills to perform medical examinations and technical procedures. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access).
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
    • Experience in counselling, health promotion, or migration health is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Demonstrated ability to maintain detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
