Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our rubber products.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by actively engaging with leads and following up on inquiries.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, project managers, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using our CRM system.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.

• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, including design elements, materials, production processes, and cost estimates.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from product development to production phase.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas for print products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product presentations, marketing collateral, and sales materials.
• Monitor the performance of launched products, gather feedback, and make recommendations for product improvements.
• Stay informed about advancements in printing technology and materials, and integrate relevant innovations into product development strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / BSc in related field from recognized institutions
• 2-3 years work experience as Product development Officer in printing and Advertisement industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
