    Digital Marketing Officers

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display networks.
    • Manage and grow the company’s online presence (website, LinkedIn, Google Business, Meta platforms, etc.).
    • Create compelling digital content (posts, ads, videos editing and production, newsletters) tailored to target audiences.
    • Drive inbound lead generation campaigns aligned with product offerings.

    Sales & Deal Closure:

    • Engage with leads generated through digital channels, qualify prospects, and close deals.
    • Manage the digital sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align digital sales with field activities.
    • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Customer Engagement & CRM Integration:

    • Capture and update customer data in the CRM system for effective tracking.
    • Nurture relationships with prospects and customers through personalized digital touch points.
    • Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support via digital communication channels.

    Analytics & Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report performance of digital marketing and sales activities.
    • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue closed.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI and sales efficiency.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of qualified leads generated via digital channels.
    • Conversion rate of leads to sales.
    • Monthly/quarterly revenue achieved from digital channels.
    • Engagement growth across social media and website.
    • Customer satisfaction and retention from digital touch points.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and sales (B2B preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, email automation).
    • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
    • Creative, analytical, and performance-oriented mindset.

    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting products, services in specific geographic regions or territories for the Organization. He/she will work to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales through in-person interactions, events and marketing initiatives for the Organization.
    • The qualified candidate must be fluent in English.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote products/services in assigned territories.
    • Build relationships with customers, partners and influencers to drive business growth.
    • Plan and execute events, trade shows and other marketing activities to engage with target audience in his or her territory.
    • Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align the field marketing efforts with the overall business goals.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Manage budgets and resources for field marketing activities in assigned territories.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement by the local territory.
    • Territory Coverage: Number and value of corporate B2B deals closed within your territory.
    • Lead Generation: Growth in qualified leads generated (offline and digital).
    • Relationship Building: Customer satisfaction and retention scores.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Engineering/Technical background is a strong plus).
    • Must be fluent in French and English.
    • Minimum of 2-6years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a field setting
    • High integrity, result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to break barriers.
