    Digital Marketing Intern

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns.
    • The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, drive online visibility, and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, social media, email, etc.)
    • Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) aligned with brand messaging
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations
    • Support lead generation and conversion strategies
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
    • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year experience managing digital marketing campaigns
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
    • Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
    • Must be based in Lagos or familiar with the Lagos market

    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is result-driven, persuasive, and experienced in closing high-value deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities for real estate products
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
    • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions
    • Provide clients with accurate information on property offerings and market trends
    • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
    • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to drive sales campaigns

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2–5 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
