Job Description

• We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at AK Swift Logistics Limited. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 
• You will play a key role in building our brand presence online, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xetc.).
• Create engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and website traffic.
• Monitor, track, and report performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage paid ad campaigns and budget allocation.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a logistics, transport, or freight-related business is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Graphic design basics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop (a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Must be tech-savvy and data-driven.
• Strong passion for digital media and logistics.
• Must be based in Lagos and available for on-site/physical engagements.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

• AK Swift Logistics Limited is recruiting a smart, confident, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and boosting our brand visibility. 
• You will work both independently and as part of a sales team, with support and resources—including a company car for mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and haulage
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients
• Build and manage strong customer relationships
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with fellow sales executives to meet collective goals
• Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and networking events
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research
• Ensure excellent after-sales follow-up

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage

Experience:

• At least 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience

• Experience in logistics, freight, or B2B services is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship and customer service orientation
• Confidence in sales pitching and deal closing
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Basic digital skills and ability to create simple presentations.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
