    Digital Marketer and Content Creator

    Role Summary

    • The Digital Marketer & Content Creator is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing and compelling content creation.
    • The role combines creativity with data-driven execution to attract, convert, and retain customers across multiple digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
    • Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for ROI
    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools

    Content Creation & Management:

    • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media, websites, and campaigns
    • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives
    • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and drives engagement and conversion
    • Produce sales-driven content for promotions, product launches, and campaigns

    Social Media & Online Presence:

    • Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
    • Grow followers, engagement, and online community
    • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
    • Monitor trends and leverage them for brand visibility

    Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Design and implement strategies to generate quality leads
    • Optimize landing pages and customer journey for better conversion rates
    • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align campaigns with revenue targets

    Brand Management:

    • Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
    • Ensure all communications reflect the company’s values and positioning
    • Support offline campaigns with digital amplification

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and content creation
    • Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, and content scheduling tools
    • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.
