    Digital Creative Analyst

    Procept is recruiting to fill the position of a Digital Creative Analyst, who will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for analysing digital content performance, user behaviour, and trends to optimize creative strategies and enhance the overall user experience.

    Job Description

    1. Ensure the optimal performance of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
    2. Utilize data analytics tools to track user engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
    3. Identify trends and patterns from data analysis to provide insights for improving digital creative strategies.
    4. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging and visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
    5. Perform and conduct SEO across the company website to rank top searched on google.
    6. Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and creative design to stay ahead of the competition.
    7. Work closely with marketing and content teams to align creative strategies with overall marketing objectives.
    8. Provide regular reports and presentations, showcasing the impact of creative initiatives and recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications

    1. BSc/BA from a recognized tertiary institution.
    2. Minimum of 2 years proven working experience as a digital creative.
    3. Excellent organizational skills.
    4. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
    5. Proven experience in digital marketing, creative design.
    6. Ability to work as part of a team.
    7. Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google trends, or similar platforms.
    8. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
    9. Excellent creative and visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    10. Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    11. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Web design principles is a plus.
    12. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    13. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
