About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital & Content Marketing Executive to support the company’s marketing, brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement efforts across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid advertising platforms
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, carousels, videos, product campaigns, case studies, and marketing materials
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Support lead generation efforts through content marketing, inbound campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop campaigns that support business growth and customer acquisition
• Create marketing content that simplifies technical products and energy solutions for customers and prospects
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights, and provide reports on engagement, leads, and conversions
• Support video content creation, campaign planning, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Stay updated on digital trends, content formats, and industry developments to improve marketing performance

Job Summary

• Flux Energy Nigeria (a subsidiary of Flux Logistix Limited), is looking to hire a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support technical sales activities, customer project requirements, and tendering processes across our energy and electrical solutions portfolio.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between customers, field sales teams, and technical solutions, providing technical guidance, product recommendations, pricing support, and alternative solutions based on customer needs and project specifications.
• This role is suited for someone with a strong electrical or mechanical engineering background who is commercially aware, technically sound, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tendering and proposal processes by providing technical product recommendations and solution configurations.
• Provide technical support to customers based on project requirements, specifications, and application needs
• Recommend suitable product alternatives and equivalent solutions based on availability, pricing, and customer requirements
• Work closely with field sales teams to support technical discussions, quotations, and customer inquiries
• Interpret technical specifications and project requirements to recommend appropriate solutions
• Liaise with OEMs and partners, including Schneider Electric, on technical product inquiries and support requests
• Support pricing reviews, product availability checks, and solution comparisons for customers
• Prepare technical documentation, product schedules, and solution recommendations for client submissions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products, power solutions, and industry trends.
