    Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management)

    Scope and Impact

    • The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of selling various loan products.
    • He / She will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

    Job Summary

    • The Rosabon Sales Executive is required to collect and prepare all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments).
    • He/ She will also responsible for reviewing loan applications evaluating the potential risks of granting loans to applicants.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
    • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
    • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
    • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
    • Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
    • Update account records, Compute payment schedules and transactions on ERP
    • Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving loan application problems.
    • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
    • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
    • Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
    • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
    • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
    • Deposit mobilization to meet set targets

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Meet Set Monthly loan and investment Targets
    • Reduced number of Non-Performing loans
    • Customer retention rate of minimum 90% across loan and investment products

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
    • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
    • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
    • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
    • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
    • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment and meet set target.

    Chief Compliance Manager

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • The Chief Compliance Manager plays a strategic leadership role in safeguarding Rosabon Financial Services’ integrity and reputation through effective compliance management.
    • This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • The Chief Compliance Manager serves as a trusted advisor to executive management and the Board on compliance and regulatory matters, fostering a culture of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
    • This role is pivotal in ensuring that Rosabon’s operations align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices, supporting the company’s mission of sustainable growth and operational excellence.

    Core Responsibilities
    Governance and Oversight:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
    • Advise the Board and Executive Management on compliance obligations, risks, and emerging regulatory issues.
    • Ensure the independence and authority of the compliance function within the organization.
    • Chair or actively participate in Risk & Compliance Committee and Audit Committee meetings.
    • Oversee compliance reporting and provide assurance on adherence to internal and external requirements.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international regulations, including but not limited to:
      • CBN, NDIC, SEC, and EFCC guidelines.
      • Data protection regulations (NDPR and GDPR, where applicable).
    • Oversee timely preparation and submission of all regulatory filings, reports, and correspondences.
    • Maintain professional relationships with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agencies.
    • Track and interpret new or amended regulations, ensuring internal processes are updated accordingly.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify, assess, and monitor compliance and operational risks across all business units.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Compliance Risk Register.
    • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management teams to align risk controls, audits, and testing processes.
    • Recommend corrective actions to mitigate identified compliance gaps.

    Training and Culture:

    • Design and conduct regular compliance training and certification programs for employees.
    • Promote a “speak-up” culture through effective whistleblowing and ethics mechanisms.
    • Embed compliance awareness in business processes, policies, and performance objectives.
    • Drive behavioral change initiatives to strengthen the organization’s compliance culture.

    Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Establish and maintain continuous monitoring mechanisms for transactions, employee conduct, and processes.
    • Conduct compliance audits, internal investigations, and reviews of business operations.
    • Report key compliance metrics, findings, and remediation actions to management and the Board.
    • Track and ensure closure of audit and regulatory findings within agreed timelines.

    Anti-Fraud / AML / CFT:

    • Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, due diligence, and suspicious transaction reporting.
    • Develop and maintain fraud detection and response frameworks.
    • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk, and external law enforcement on investigations.
    • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) obligations.

    Funds Mobilization Officer (Investment)

    Job Scope

    • The Fund Mobilization officer (IMTT) proactively sources for fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations using both the company’s offline and online channel in attracting customers to invest in the fund placement products.
    • The officer is responsible for deepening investor’s relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating the customers on the numerous opportunities to grow their wealth by investing in the company’s wealth creation products within the provisions of the regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
    • This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonus in addition to a base salary.

    Job Description

    • Market and Sell the company’s fund investment products to individuals: Promote and sell fund placement products to individual and corporate bodies
    • Promote digital channels adoption: They interact with existing and potential customers on using the company’s Wealth Creation
    • Investment App Customer Engagement: Build relationship with customers , understand the financial needs and guide them on using the Wealth Management App
    • Product knowledge : Stay up to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value to the customers
    • Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of the fund placements products, and guide them on how to utilize the company’s products and service their wealth maximization.

    Performance Metrics

    • Sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products.
    • Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and grow the customer base.
    • Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery.
    • Digital channel adoption: Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the WealthManagementapp. 

    Requirements
