    Dialysis Doctor

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Medical officer will be responsible for the medical diagnosis, reviewing test results and medical clinical operations of our 2 dialysis centers in Lagos while coordinating clinical activities in other centers. The ideal candidate will have extensive medical experience in a dialysis care environment and demonstrate superior professionalism and communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is driven by a passion to make patients’ renal care experiences as comfortable, efficient, and positive as possible, and who is committed to providing tradition of excellent patient-centered care.

    OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

    Medical officer will cultivate a safe, secure, and healthy environment for patients, colleagues, and staff, and provide exceptional quality of care and service to patients, ensuring trust and standard patient care. Answer patients’ questions and address their concerns before, during, and after the dialysis session. 

    KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • M.B.B.S. degree with a valid registration
    • At least one year house job in internal medicine / allied specialty
    • Experience in central line access
    • Experience in critical care management
    • Certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
    • Experience in paediatric patient management – desirable
    • Trained under Nephrologist for not less than 6 months
    • Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To be involved in day-to-day patient management of dialysis patient care
    • Improve center patient flow through consultations and patient outreach
    • Be the highest clinical authority in your main location of work
    • Assess the patient before starting dialysis: - hemodynamic status - indication of dialysis - vascular access - recent surgery - co morbid illness - bleeding manifestations
    • Be involved in patient care during dialysis: - creating access - adequacy of flow - follow instruction of the nephrologist - deciding about any modification in dialysis prescription in consultation with the nephrologist - monitoring the patient during dialysis - managing complications during dialysis - will coordinate with dialysis technicians and dialysis nurses
    • Assess the patient at the time of closure: - access site - hemodynamic status - any complication - any specific instruction to (a) the nurse (b) the relatives
    • Follow up with patients after dialysis
    • Handle / supervise / guide the supporting staff if emergency situation arises.
    • Have working knowledge of the dialysis machine, water treatment plant, ventilator, defibrillator and other gadgets and equipment’s of the dialysis unit.
    • Be the team leader of the day-to-day dialysis procedure and on one hand will keep in touch with the nephrologist on the other hand will disseminate the information thus gathered to the subordinate staff in order to implement the guidelines fixed by the hospital authority and the nephrologist.
    • Look after the safety and security of the supporting staff.
    • Assist in developing clinical SOPs and implement them in supervised centers
    • Assist other centers with clinical issues

    RENUMERATION:  400,000- 500,000 Monthly gross

    Treasury Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assist to manage treasury function for Nigeria Business
    • Working together with Treasury & legal function, Supply chain Team, Construction Team, Banks etc. on Treasury related activities and documentation

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Assist in managing Banking relationship for Arise Nigeria
    • Ensure Bank Facility, renewal process is completed as at when due and all necessary documents provided with agreed term after clearance from Arise IIP.
    • Assist in getting Form M , Form A application & approvals as per Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or’ any other authority’s guidance.
    • Get LCs opened in line with Limit balance.
    • Monitor Import documentation (ED” etc.) to ensure compliance to various process, guidelines, regulations etc.
    • Manage all front treasury operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

    CHECKS & CONTROLS

    • Verify various bank charges/ interest are in accordance with rate agreed with bank.
    • Act initiate action to control/ reduce these costs.
    • Have a control over various Form M/A/LC issued and regular review of the same.
    • Reconciliation of Bid account, Forward coverage etc. and presenting this to Finance Controller as needed.
    • Sharing various treasury reports as & when needed.

    • Finance Departmental meetings
    • Partner banking relationships

    • Good communication skill.

    • Working knowledge SAP
    • Good knowledge of Banking & Treasury

    Area Sales Manager

    SUMMARY

    Manage, train, coach and mentor employees. Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. Implement strategies in order to increase productivity and enable sales targets accomplishment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review sales price, to ensure that deviations from the plan are highlighted and corrective measures are taken.
    • Visit clients’ premises on weekly basis for meetings and update deals to be closed.

    • Meeting with potential and existing customers within the designated sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness and excel on Cross-selling & Up-selling.
    • Formulate and develop effective strategies for training, recruitment, management development and succession planning, thus meeting the training need of the Sales team.
    • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all company’s policies and regulations.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    REQUIREMENT:   

    • Graduate, Business Administration or equivalent. B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. MBA or master’s degree is must.
    • Min 10-12 years of experience in the sales field of Industrial Product.
    • Outstanding knowledge on various competitors’ products
    • Strong planning and strategic abilities.
