    Design Manager

    Role Overview

    • The Design Manager will lead the creative design team, overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality visual assets across multiple projects.
    • The role combines creative direction, team leadership, and project management to ensure all outputs meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
    • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while mentoring designers.

    Key Responsibilities
    Creative Leadership & Strategy:

    • Lead and mentor the design team to drive creativity and growth.
    • Maintain strong visual identity across client and internal projects.
    • Participate in creative strategy sessions with cross-functional teams.
    • Provide design guidance and quality feedback.

    Project & Team Management:

    • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Maintain high creative and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project needs.
    • Manage workflow and design schedules efficiently.

    Design Execution & Oversight:

    • Oversee digital and print asset production.
    • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.
    • Review and approve final design outputs.
    • Stay updated on design trends and tools.

    Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with marketing, media, and content teams.
    • Present design concepts and manage client feedback.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong design portfolio.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related tools.
    • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Agency or marketing experience.
    • Motion graphics or video production knowledge.
    • Strong mentoring and strategic thinking abilities.

    Senior Brand Associate

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Associate to support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across client accounts.
    • This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with agency experience who can translate brand objectives into actionable strategies, manage campaigns, and contribute to delivering impactful, insight-driven work.
    • The Senior Brand Associate will work closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for client accounts
    • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for creative and content teams
    • Coordinate and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness
    • Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and strategy documents
    • Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to ensure brand consistency
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
    • Support client communication and help maintain strong working relationships
    • Ensure all brand outputs align with client guidelines and objectives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, branding, or advertising role (agency experience preferred)
    • Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign execution
    • Good project management and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
    • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day tasks
    • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    • Passion for branding, marketing, and creative work.
