• We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, dependable, and analytically strong professional who can efficiently oversee and coordinate all financial operations within our depot. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting smooth depot activities through timely and reliable financial management.

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee all depot accounting activities including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Utilize Tally ERP effectively for posting transactions, monitoring ledgers, generating reports, and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate records of receipts, issues, and balances.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash, inventory, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Support depot operations by providing timely financial insights and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with the finance and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or depot/store finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is an advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments is preferred.
