    Demand Planner

    Job Summary

    • The Demand Planner is responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting product demand, and ensuring the seamless supply of goods to meet business needs.
    • This role collaborates closely with the sales team, production, and logistics to align demand forecasts with supply capacity.
    • The Demand Planner provides insights that drive sales strategies, optimize planning processes, and enhance overall business efficiency.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
    • Identify sales trends, seasonal variations, and market patterns to improve forecasting accuracy.
    • Monitor actual sales performance versus forecast and recommend adjustments where necessary.
    • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align supply schedules with demand forecasts.
    • Identify potential supply constraints and escalate issues for resolution.
    • Work closely with the sales team to validate demand projections and incorporate real-time market intelligence.
    • Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss forecast accuracy and improvement strategies.
    • Provide data-driven insights to enhance sales planning and execution.
    • Maintain dashboards and reports to visualize demand trends and supply efficiency Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly demand reports for decision-making.

    Job Requirements
    Education:

    • B.Sc. Degree in relevant field.

    Work Experience:

    • Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing company.
    • Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and demand planning software
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and reporting skills.

    Technical requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).
    • Experience with SAP for demand planning and data management.
    • Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and trend analysis.
    • Familiarity with demand forecasting models and statistical analysis tools.
    • Understanding of supply chain and sales planning processes.

    Inventory Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Inventory Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly by maintaining optimal inventory levels and providing accurate financial reporting on the inventory use and forecasts.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in establishing and implementing inventory policies and procedures.
    • Work closely with Procurement, Store, and Field Management to ensure proper inventory control and accounting practices.
    • Physical verification and control of weekly and Monthly counts of Warehouse inventory of Raw,
    • Packing Materials, Spares, and Consumables, and highlight the variances to the management.
    • Perform weekly and monthly physical assets and tools counts at all sites and report variances to the management.
    • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory levels and consumption reports to all the relevant departments.
    • Providing explanations to both internal and external auditors on inventory-related queries.
    • Processing Vendor's invoices while ensuring 3-way check of PO, GRN, and Invoice.
    • Prepare Inventory Sub Ledger and General Ledger Reconciliation Report, Warehouse/ Spares and Consumables Ageing report.
    • Report shortfalls and surplus inventory weekly and monthly for replenishment.
    • Support the Company budgeting process with Account Analysis.
    • Assist other functional units within the Finance team in carrying out jobs as and when required by Management.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • B.Sc Degree in relevant field (Accounting / Business Management)

    Work Experience:

    • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ inventory management experience in a manufacturing company.
    • Excellent communications, negotiation, analytical and reporting skills.

    Technical requirements:

    • Strong understanding and proficient use of SAP.
    • Proven skills and competencies in managing raw materials, production, and output accounting.
    • Knowledge of effective internal processes is an added advantage.
    • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially excel
