Responsibilities

• Analyze data and organize for teams, portfolio
• Creating measurable insights from the data to be shared
• Developing metrics, reports, and statistics
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets, analyze those results, and deliver creative and innovative approaches to complex problems
• Proactively create and maintain visualizations to promote improvements and decision making

Requirements

• Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data
• Ability to write and understand complex queries
• Experience building and analyzing data models
• Strong knowledge of Tableau/Power BI or other equivalent data visualization software
• Experience with SQL databases,
• Good knowledge of Big Data querying tools
•  Experience with Python is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or a similar quantitative field
• Data Analyst certification eg IBM Certified Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst is a plus

The ideal candidate must have worked as Secretary to CEO in a manufacturing company or law firm

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Organization including managing an extremely active administrative structure of the organization.
• Composing and preparing correspondence; monitors and responds to emails; researches required information or background on organizations and individuals.
• Sets up meeting files, scheduling, and calendaring meetings.
• Prepare travel arrangements, expense reports, and all items needed to ensure the performance of all departments.
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Managing Director, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.

Requirements:

• A good university degree
• A graduate of Law will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a Law firm.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Diversity in the workplace.
• A good deal of common sense, etiquette, and an ability to think on one’s feet
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Bright, confident personality and must be Well presented
• Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised
