• Providing information on travel destinations, itineraries, and services
• Managing bookings, reservations, and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
• Coordinating with travel consultants to ensure smooth operations
• Strong communication skills and a passion for travel are essential. Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
