    Customer Service Representative

    Job Brief

    • The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information on properties and services, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact through post-sale support.
    • The role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s sales and retention goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
    • Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
    • Follow up with prospective clients and leads to nurture interest and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Manage client complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
    • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
    • Guide clients through the property purchase, rental, or investment process.
    • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
    • Prepare and share daily or weekly customer service reports with management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • A customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.

    Property Consultant

    Job Summary

    • The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales and lease deals.
    • The role involves providing professional advice to clients on property options, guiding them through the buying or renting process, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
    • Meet and engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
    • Present, promote, and sell company properties to clients in line with approved pricing and sales targets.
    • Conduct site inspections, property tours, and follow up with clients to close deals.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client interactions.
    • Provide clients with accurate information about property prices, features, legal requirements, and payment terms.
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve revenue goals.
    • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.
    • Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consulting.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
    • Good understanding of the property market, documentation processes, and customer relationship management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
