    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
    • Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets.
    • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare customer service reports when required.

    Requirements
    Education:

    Spa Therapist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct skin assessments to understand client concerns and assist in developing customized treatment plans (training provided).
    • Perform non-invasive spa treatments such as facials, body massage, body polish, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, body contouring, and skin tag removal (hands-on training provided where required).
    • Provide beauty services including laser hair removal, waxing, spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures.
    • Educate clients on skincare routines, recommend suitable products, and assist with upselling treatments and products.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
    • Accurately manage client bookings, records, and treatment notes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
    • Formal certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is an advantage but not compulsory, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
    • Prior experience as a Spa or Beauty therapist is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Manicure and pedicure experience is an added advantage.
    • Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Willingness to learn, grow, and thrive in a luxury, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
