    Customer Service Executive

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Qualification/Requirements

    • HND/BSC in a related field
    • 1-3years proven experience as a Customer Support or Client Service Representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Human Resource Specialist

    • Administer compensation and benefit plans
    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
    • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
    • Undertake tasks around performance management
    • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities

    Requirements:

    • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
    • HND/BSC in Social Science and related fields
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
    • Additional HR training will be a plus

    Enterprise Sales Manager

    • Manage quota for bookings and revenue for assigned major accounts
    • Identify opportunities to develop new training materials to ensure successful customer onboarding and support business-wide adoption
    • Act as an account manager overseeing almost all aspects of the client's business
    • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
    • Areas of focus include B2B (virtual and card-based) payments, expense management, travel solutions, data solutions, compliance, and reporting
    • Build effective relationships and develop influence with internal stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and manage quota funnels
    • Advise partner sales leaders on new and growing partners to deliver qualified partners to support customer needs.

    Requirements:

    • HND/ Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or related fields
    • Strong command of the English language and good negotiation skills
    • Experience managing complete pipeline process
    • Comfortable working in cloud-based environments
