QUALIFICATION

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor\'s Degree or HND with at least 2 years experience.

REQUIREMENT:

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities.
• Ability to support clients effectively, with skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience working in or closely with Customer Service Representatives teams or similar customer-focused roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with using CRM or ticketing systems, basic computer literacy, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet service targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is an advantage
