    Credit & Risk Management Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Loan Application Review: Review loan applications, credits reports, and financial statements to assess credit worthiness.
    • Credit Policy Development: Lead the development, review, and implementation of credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    • Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments, analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses.
    • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Regularly review and update risk models.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements related to credit management and ensure the bank's practices align with these standards.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on credit portfolio performance, delinquency rates, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

    Requirement:

    • BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting ,Economics ,Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, management, lending with a focus on microfinance or banking.
    • Certifications in credit analysis and risk management
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
    • Familiarities with credit policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Internal Audit & Control Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform risk base audits to assess internal controls, financial reporting, and operational processes.
    • Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization and recommend mitigation strategies

    Requirement
