    Credit Officer

    Job Summary

    • To ensure an efficient process of disbursing, managing and recovering new and existing credit facilities.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Managing client credit facilities
    • Presentation and appraisal of credit facilities / request for management approval
    • Booking new credit facilities
    • Preparing credit approval memorandum for management approval
    • Follow up on clients to ensure regular repayment
    • Analyzing credit transactions
    • Any other duty assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Qualification : BSc in any discpline
    • Years of Experience: 5 years and above.

    • Prompt presentation of credit transactions
    • Achievements on your duties and responsibilities
    • Number of credit booked
    • Achieving set targets and meeting up deadlines

    Treasury Marketer

    Job Summary

    • Establishing contacts for funds placement
    • Maintaining a good customer relationship
    • Monitoring and staying abreast of money market
    • Coordinating and keeping accurate records

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Mobilization of deposits at the minimum rate and maximum tenor possible vis-à-vis the organization’s cost of funds.
    • Customer relationship management
    • Processing of customers instructions in respect to their accounts.
    • Ensuring all treasury customers request are promptly attended to via e-mails, phone calls e.g.
    • Daily processing of treasury customer’s investment rollovers and processing of interest payments and other instructions regarding treasury customer’s investments.
    • Supervising the issuance and dispatch of investment letters.
    • Daily monitoring of treasury marketing new deposits fixing the investment rates based on the ongoing market rate vis-à-vis company’s cost of fund using (Treasury current rate guide).
    • Supervising of daily photocopy and filing of vouchers.
    • Processing of overdraft facilities for Treasury customers
    • Processing of Loans for staffs.
    • Any other duty assigned

    • Prompt response to customers
    • Prompt processing of over drafts and loans
    • Accuracy of transactions processed

    Information Technology Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Computers and printers troubleshooting.
    • Backup and restore company’s data when necessary.
    • Consistent maintenance and control of company server.
    • Troubleshooting network issues.
    • Monitoring the company’s finance app (Eazybank and Sage).
    • Analysis on company vehicle and managing office supplies stock.
    • Providing administrative support.
    • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices and verify receipts.
    • Creating memos for managers and senior level offices as needed.
