Information Technology Officer at First Marina Trust Limited

Responsibilities

• Computers and printers troubleshooting.
• Backup and restore company’s data when necessary.
• Consistent maintenance and control of company server.
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Monitoring the company’s finance app (Eazybank and Sage).
• Analysis on company vehicle and managing office supplies stock.
• Providing administrative support.
• Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices and verify receipts.
• Creating memos for managers and senior level offices as needed.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Properly managing and attending to all I.T related matters.
• Timely and effective troubleshooting and solving problems relating to hardware, software and network.
• Consistently monitoring network utilization and performance.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related course.
• 3 years and above.
