    Credit Administration Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Administration Officer to support its growing credit operations.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation, effective monitoring of mortgage facilities, and full compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end credit documentation for all approved mortgage and loan facilities.
    • Verify completeness and accuracy of all documents before disbursement, including property documents, valuations, credit bureau reports, and insurance.
    • Ensure timely perfection of mortgage documentation and security creation (legal mortgages, equitable mortgages, etc.).
    • Maintain an updated credit file system both physical and electronic for all customers.

    • 5–10years credit administration/credit operations experience preferably in a Mortgage Bank or commercial banking environment.
    • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, property perfection processes, and collateral management.
    • Familiarity with CBN credit guidelines, IFRS reporting expectations, and mortgage-specific regulations.
