    Cost Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate daily data posting.
    • Stock control (checking physical stock with documented stock) daily.
    • Maintaining company records and filing systems.
    • Supervise, Coordinate, and manage supplies of inventories between the accounting, logistics, store teams.
    • Coordinating with other departments such as human resources, payroll, accounting, and finance to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked.
    • Reviewing invoices thoroughly to ensure it is duly stamped, dated, signed and at par with company standards.
    • Check modification and adjustments raised are done and duly reported.
    • Review the costing and pricing of items on a weekly basis.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
    • ICAN certification or its equivalent is an added advantage.
    • 0-1 years cognate experience as a Cost control officer in a reputable organization.
    • Keen attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in hospitality will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.
    • Familiarity using accounting software like Micros, ERP will be an added advantage.

    Clients Relation Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Warmly receive guests as they arrive in a polite and hospitable manner and standard.
    • Receiving customer calls and attending to enquiries regarding reservations and bookings as necessary
    • Resolve and give feedback on customers’ complaint at least within the hour of complaint.
    • Ability to manage irate customers by maintaining a level of professionalism while attending to customers.
    • Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and try to resolve in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and social media channels.
    • Identify customer needs and help customers resolve issues arising from such needs in atimely manner.
    • Monitor customer feedbacks on services and reach out to provide assistance that may arise.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
    • Stay updated on the company’s service and trends.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
    • 2 years cognate experience in similar role.
    • Must be organized and punctual.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
    • Tech savy
    • Ability to work night shifts.
    • Customer experience in hospitality will be an advantage.
