    Corporate Communications Executive

    Description

    • The Corporate Communications Executive is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing public relations activities, crafting compelling narratives, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing the organization's reputation across all stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
    • Experience working with media, PR agencies, and crisis communication is a plus.

    Responsibility

    • Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance public awareness and promote the company’s image.

    Procurement Officer

    Description

    The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services essential to the organization’s operations. This includes evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement in line with quality and delivery standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of second class upper bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Marine Operations Executive/Officer

    Description

    Vessel Operations

    • Ensure smooth and efficient vessel movements, scheduling, and berthing.
    • Monitor and coordinate loading and unloading of cargo.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to international and local maritime regulations.
    • Maintain documentation required for port and customs authorities.
    • Stay updated on changes in maritime laws and policies.

    Crew Management

    • Oversee crew deployment, welfare, and training.

    • Monitor fuel efficiency and vessel performance.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
    • ⁠Minimum of second class (upper division) Bachelor’s degree in Maritime transport management or any related course.
    • Knowledge of Shipping agency and marine operations.
